Return Policy
Should you find the need to return an unworn, unused item with tags still attached, our policy offers in-store credit to ensure you can select an item that truly resonates with your refined taste.
Initiate a Return:
For items that remain unworn and have all original tags attached, Dogwood Cloth accepts returns in exchange for in-store credit only. Please note the following conditions to make your return process seamless:
- Eligibility Window: You may return your item(s) within 14 days from the date of receipt.
- Non-Refundable: Refunds are not issued to the original payment method. All accepted returns will be credited to your Dogwood Cloth account in the form of store credit.
- Return Request: Complete the designated return request form to initiate your return.
- Approval and Shipping: Upon approval, a complimentary shipping label and packing slip will be provided to you for printing. Package the items securely and include the packing slip in the shipment.
- Drop-Off: Drop off your package at your nearest USPS location.
- In-store Credit: We will process your in-store credit accounting for the full price of the returned items (excluding initial shipping charges) within 48 business hours of receiving and verifying the return via USPS tracking update.
Damaged or Defective Items:
In the unfortunate event that you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 15 days of receipt. Contact our customer support team at hello@dogwoodcloth.com for a prompt assistance in resolving the matter.
