Care Instructions
Give your Dogwood Cloth pieces a little extra love! Gently wash them so they can stay cozy and stylish for many seasons to come. Here’s how to treat your cherished garments with the love they deserve:
- Embrace Cold Water: Start with cold water to keep your clothes looking their best and prevent any shrinkage or color mishaps.
- Choose a Gentle Detergent: Use a mild, gentle detergent that's perfect for delicates or wool. Steer clear of harsh chemicals and bleach.
- Spot Treat with Care: If you spot a stain, gently treat it with a small amount of detergent or a delicate-friendly stain remover. Be gentle—no scrubbing needed.
- Create a Soothing Soak: Fill a clean basin or sink with cold water and a touch of detergent. Swirl it around to mix, then gently submerge your garment and let it soak for 5-10 minutes.
- Swish Gently: If needed, lightly agitate the water, but avoid twisting or wringing the fabric.
- Rinse: Rinse each garment in cold, clean water until all the detergent is gone. You might need to refresh the water if it becomes soapy.
- Press Out Extra Water: Lay the garment flat on a clean towel and gently roll it up to press out excess water. No wringing here—just a tender touch.
- Dry with Care: Lay your garment flat on a towel or drying rack to air dry. Avoid using the dryer to keep its shape and fabric intact.
- Gently Reshape: While it’s still damp, softly reshape your garment to help it retain its beautiful form.
- Storing: Once dry, store your delicate pieces in a cool, dry spot.
